FAQ
MOVING CONTROLLER 2.0
Can I use my own Chauvet (specific brand) moving heads with this controller?
We make all of our products with universality in mind. This controller can control up to 6 Lights simultaneously, regardless of their brand, or position, and makes them all point to the same Spot with the one Joystick. We recommend using our I2R-BSW200 Lights since they are optimized to work great as Followspotters, but any Light can be used.
Can I control my par cans with this?
Yes of course. The controller has 3 main modes of operation. The simplest one called Sliders Mode and is best used with static Lights like Uplights, Smoke machines, Firework Machines etc. We have several tutorial YouTube videos showing how to do that.
Can I mix different light brands for Followspotting?
Yes of course. We make all of our products with universality in mind. This controller can control up to 6 Lights simultaneously, regardless of their brand, or position, an makes them all point to the same Spot with the one Joystick. We recommend using our Lights since they are optimized to work great as Followspotters, but any Light can be used.
Could this controller be used in the follow function using a combination of scanners and moving yoke fixtures at the same time? Just needs x and y?
Sure, it can. The limitation is on the scanner range, but if the scanners are placed appropriately for the intended target, then yes.
